Hiring: Remote Phone Appointment Setters We're looking for motivated appointment setters to help us book qualified sales calls with local contractors across the U.S. What You'll Be Selling Our agency helps local contractors generate more leads through paid advertising and marketing systems that consistently bring in new customers. Your Role - Make 100 outbound calls per day (minimum expectation) - Speak with cold and warm leads - Qualify prospects - Book qualified appointments - Follow up with prospects when needed Compensation - 5% commission on every deal closed from appointments you book - Performance bonuses available - Unlimited earning potential - Average deal closed is $500 - 4k Who We're Looking For - Fluent English with clear communication - Able to work on EST time zone - Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required - Confident speaking on the phone - Coachable and eager to improve - Reliable, disciplined, and consistent - Comfortable handling rejection and staying positive Comment "SETTER" to apply.
