@Joy Lehman i’m finding that they’re actually the most important part of my ritual with the Substack habit to do them daily morning and night

@Tara-Nicholle Kirke yeah the AOD’s feel very inner critic cure vibes
I’m a wonderful person and I deserve to succeed.
Y’all, I’m back and writing out my AOD on the bus. My daughter started first grade last week. And my son finally starts preschool next Thursday. My neck is still healing since May and will take a few more months to recover. Annnnnnnd, Virgo is literally empty in my chart, and I CLAIM my Virgoness right now. I feel so organized and know exactly what to do every day thanks to the core four and planning for my feral Ferrari brain. I’m on day two of the first cycle and feeling inspired watching Nupur and Joy on yesterday’s call. I desire to be on the future Q&A calls. I’m also changing my ideal client and what I wanna be writing about and how I wanna be working with people so it feels like a whole overhaul that I’m very ready to give my focus and attention to right now.
I’m a wonderful person and I deserve to succeed.

No Body Doubling This Week, Still Working Out the Cadence... 👧🏾📸
We're going to probably end up with doing Office Hours every other week and Body Doubling on the alternate weeks. What are you working on at the mo? Drop it into the comments! Pic from leaving our coworking with friends session yesterday here in my hometown of Ericeira...

I’m working on this 👀 📕
LIVE Office Hours with Tara Monday, July 13th at 9:30 am PT, 12:30 pm ET, 5:30 pm London Time
Calling all Creatresses: I had the absolute delight of sitting in the room, IRL, with @Nupur G for two days last week. And I also went deep with another old friend/new client/Creatress in a 1:1 body of work building kickoff. So I closed last week on an energy high, which I rode right into a child-free weekend. I activated my Monk Mode protocol (which it now seems obvious I should share with y'all), but Goddess Mode ensued: 🤯 I wrote 15,000 words this weekend, 🤯 I read about 500 pages (including the wonderful and stressful new book Kin, by Tayari Jones), and 🤯 I slept for 9 hours TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW. #unprecedented That's the exact energy I'm going to bring to our LIVE Office Hours tomorrow! Here's what we'll be doing together: 1. I'll help you prioritize what to focus on NOW and what to file under NOT NOW. 2. I'll also give you a sneak preview into some new 1:1 and IRL experiences I'm about to roll out where you can get my individual intensive help getting your Substack/body of work launched, humming and monetized; join me in Lisbon for a luxury, end-of-summer camp for writerly women; or both! 3. AND I'll be rolling out our next Cinnamon Roll: The Substack Daily Ritual Challenge (not a final name, probably but you get the gist!). BE THERE, Love, TNK

New Cinnamon Roll I'm Baking For You: Substack Success Daily Ritual
For a couple of days, I've been thinking about @Lindsay LaShell's question about what we need to be doing on Substack each day, and how to best transmit this to you as less of a task list and more of a DELECTABLE INVITATION TO IMMERSE YOURSELF AND BE NOURISHED by a ritual of interacting with other deep thinkers, thinking, writing, speaking and transmitting in public. At a high level, my personal Substack Success Daily Ritual includes: — Writing some Prolific Paid Priestess identity affirmations out 20x in the am and 20x before bed (sounds cornball af but it has actually kickstarted a glorious domino effect of congruence, expansion and attraction — and sometimes you need that at the beginning of this sort of an upgrade) — Posting 3 Notes per day — Reading 2-3 other Substackers' articles per day — Restacking your own or others' content 2-3 times per day — Perusing, liking and commenting on other Substackers' Notes Doing this in ways that grow your voice, audience and income is a ~30-45 minute per day situation, once you get acclimated to the culture. Note that I haven't mentioned cross-posting on other platforms because it can absolutely be helpful and synergistic, but it's also a layer of complexity that is absolutely not necessary for most of us if we get laser focused and strategic on Substack. I'm thinking about creating a 30 Days of Substack Success Daily Ritual Classroom here in the Studio, where every day I drop a very specific Substack Success Daily Ritual protocol I want you to follow that day, including your affirmation and Notes prompt for each day. Thinking we can start on Monday, but first, tell me — do you want that? @Lindsay LaShell @Dr. Evelyn Young Spath @Nupur G @Tracy Boyce @Nic Frick @Emily Souza Obrigadissima e beijinhos,

I help moms get clear on what they actually want, then help them get it without stopping to get permission first.
