I'm a big fan of tiny challenges. If doing a webinar or a video sales page scares you, here's my recommendation. ( I did this at a small scale while on my full-time job ). 1. Go to LinkedIn or Facebook or Twitter. 2. Search for your ideal client. 3. Message them to talk to them about their problem with X. 4. Give value. 5. On the call, pitch your tiny-challenge. 6. Repeat until you have what ever amount of clients you want.

@Jessica Beauchesne a lot of us have a similar story. I have a family and 2 young kids so I understand how hard it is to be present for others and yourself. What's worked for me knowing that I'm doing the work now day by day to achieve the life I want years from now. One thing that has helped me is going to be early and waking up early, like at 4am. Getting those extra focused hours compound over weeks, months, and years.

AFTER these 2 days. my mind is unsure of my current offer. OR maybe I'm just one funnel away? or 1 tweek away... (I help dental hygienists, make more money, and work less, by working on a commission model vs. hourly, by learning the business side of dentistry). #1 objection: it won't work for me. My Dentist won't let me work this way. Or I work for a huge company that already has its set ways of paying out. So far I have a low tik offer of $27 to get my audience to trust me. (sold 100-ppl so far) From there I lead them to an e-mail sequence to an evergreen masterclass - to sell my higher tik at 797. I got no bites! ((In general I have sold this course for 10 ppl total)). My Question: When do you say this is just not going to work and give up? I love what I do, I love what I'm trying to do, but I have had to teach my audience this new idea, which is not common. I feel defeated. I have taken so many courses, and just don't know what to do next, any advice? It would be amazing if anyone has a second to give me feedback, I feel like this is a super SMART group, and I'm just new to learning all the marketing things from Russell.

@Patricia Mooradian what you're doing is amazing! The fact you have 100 ppl so far spending $27 is incredible. However, I think you're going into automation too soon. The jump from $27 -> $797 is a 30X jump. I don't know if your email sequence has generated enough trust for someone to sacrifice a meal vs sacrificing a portion of their rent/mortgage. I think you'll still want to put yourself in the loop and try to talk to the 100 people who bought your $27 product and find out what questions they still have and what help they need and what price point they'll spend. There may be a $197 or $297 course for you to better nurture these people into your $797 product. Just my 2 cents, but hopefully it helps! Also, how did you previously sell the $797 course to 10 people?

>I signed up with Sunny lenardduzzy (messed that name up) its a course on basically interviewing 50 ica‘s and then reaching back out to them after the fact, I made the course just for them and that’s how I sold my first two which was $1000 at that point, I had no followers either. This is incredible! I know this whole program is about 1-to-many but I'd double-down on your 50 ideal client avatars(ICA) and reach out back to them. You can find out why they didn't buy the first time and what questions they have that's preventing them from buying. All that information can go into your webinar. If you think about you talking to your 50 ICAs as a tiny-challenge funnel I think you can convert more of them. >I believe I didn’t have enough people sign up for the webinar to begin with and then the actual people that showed up it was like 10 people that showed up after maybe like 100 signed up. If you think about the fact that 10 people took time out of their day to listen to you talk, it's pretty amazing. > I think a lot needs to be worked with tweaking wise. I’m trying to get feedback from my previous previous 100 people but even offering like Amazon gift cards it’s so hard to get people to give you feedback. The previous 100 people will probably need to be nurtured more. I wouldn't actually focus on them. I'd focus on the original 50 who gave you time last year. > I feel like I’m giving myself a therapy session here this is great for me lol I think I went too quick to Evergreen the end. OMG, I get it! I'm a software engineer by training so I go straight to automation but I found that even though I can automate all this stuff I'm just guessing a lot about my users. I'm just now trying to find out all the areas where my users get stuck and then later figure out what to automate. It's a chore though but also pretty amazing when you're working with people 1:1 and witness their breakthroughs.
