Funny story, so last week on coffee with Perrin, I asked Perrin for guidance on whether I should continue my web development agency or move on to SAAS coz my sales process took a long time (over 3 months) and took away a lot of energy, He sent me a loom video teaching me how I can shorten the process, we had a lot of back and forth in the comments, which you guys can go checkout and finally we concluded that I should probably move to SAAS as it has better enterprise value and can be sold later on. So I decided to come up with an idea and also create the offer for my saas following all the stuff from Perrin's "Bullet proof SAAS offer" course (checkout the loom I posted earlier), But I just wanted to try once more with this prospect, I just couldn't get myself to walk away from the deal that was right there on the table. I gave it one last try. This time armed with the knowledge of how to add "Bonuses", "Urgency", "Guarantee". I sent an email thinking they would not even reply but they said yes and sent me this.
