@Debbie Thibodeaux Welcome, Debbie 👋 First off, that’s a strong and very clear goal—7–10 doors in 12 months is ambitious, but absolutely doable with the right structure. What you said about “not knowing what you don’t know” is something almost every serious investor goes through early on. You’re definitely not alone in that feeling—even though it can feel that way at the start. The good news is, once you get clarity on markets, numbers, and a repeatable process, a lot of that uncertainty starts to fade. Also love that you’re open to investing where it makes the most sense instead of being tied to one location—that mindset alone gives you a big advantage.
