Phase rush is dead
Just tested taliyah on the new patch finally and it took me 1 game to realise phase rush is worthless now Anything else feels Better rn: Comet vs mages/summon aery vs melees First strike and conquerer viable too. personally ill mostly go electrocute rn probably.

@Chad Nilesany build is fine w electro, the setup is mostly about having more power in lane/early skirmishes
