I have proof you're already good at manifestation.
Yesterday, I went to the eye doctor. I've been seeing her for at least a decade. We spent so much time chatting about our kids and our lives that I was starting to get nervous she'd get herself off schedule. I tried to stop participating in the conversation, but we just had so much to catch up on. (When you only see someone twice a year, there's a lot to talk about.) Eventually, she got to the dilating, the bright lights in the eyes, the asking "1 or 2? 2 or 3?" and before I knew it an hour had flown by. We said bye, and she sent me to the receptionist to check out. When I handed my paperwork over, the receptionist said, "oh nice, looks like she gave you a discount." I hadn't asked for a discount. But I was so grateful. This is just one example of the types of things I'm bringing into my life: a delightful interaction, an unexpected deal. ‼️ These are the types of things you're manifesting into your life, as well. The trick is, are you paying attention? Take just sixty seconds and, in the comments, make a list of all the things that are working FOR you in your life, how the things you are manifesting are already showing up in your life, and/or the things you're grateful for. My proof list: free bagels, a new client project to replace one I lost, two new people for my next coaching cohort, and 40% the art supplies I needed. I tend to overanalyze: is this something I manifested, or is this coincidence? Who cares. It still came into my life. And, being present and aware of these things coming from unlikely places is hard for me.

this is so good. i’ve been doing the same: slowing way down, putting something out and then just waiting to respond. not forcing it. and when i think i’m moving too slow or not doing enough, i look for ways to slow down more. for some reason, it generally gets the gears moving again.

New Moon Manifestation - mini-breakthroughs and tiny transformations
I truly want you to manifest everything your heart desires, and fast. Like BOOM! tomorrow. I also know that transforming our outer lives (i.e. manifesting) means transforming our inner lives. And as much as I’d love for that to be quick, it doesn’t always happen that way. Instead, doing inner work is like any journey. It begins with the cliched single step. To paraphrase Antonio Machado,* you find the path by walking the path. By taking steps and gaining knowledge that leads to mini-breakthroughs and tiny transformations along the way. Let this be a comfort to you. Because if you’ve been manifesting something, but haven’t seen it yet, IT DOES NOT MEAN THE THING IS NOT FOR YOU. It only means you haven’t yet experienced enough mini-breakthroughs and tiny transformations to undergo the full inner-life change. This is what we do in our monthly New Moon Manifestation workshops: practice finding the mini-breakthroughs and tiny transformations that add up to full inner-life change. Thanks for this, Laura! Our work has a lot of overlap, so it was really helpful to hear your strategies. The IFS work continues to be great. For me, I’m trying to manifest the next iteration of Campfire, and just recognizing the truths already in place was really helpful.

I work with people on their relationship with themselves 👉 especially when it comes to ambition, creating, and going after what they want… without constantly pressuring or overriding themselves in the process. I’ve built a 6-fig business, burnt out doing it, and had to really shift how I was doing life — not what I was doing. That changed everything. So this whole “stop forcing, let things work with you” energy… I’m very here for it 💫 Lately I’ve been exploring what it actually looks like to move towards your goals from a place that feels clean, steady, and even… enjoyable?? hey @Damini Yogini! getting burnt out really resonates. i had a business as well that i left about a year ago to follow some new paths. i’m still doing a bit of that work, and one thing i’ve stopped trying to force is new work. it’s a client driven business and rather than forcing it, i’m focusing on being magnetic enough to let it come to me.
