It’s full of rich, actionable information across the whole spectrum of wellness and Health Optimisation. Through it I’ve found a way out of chronic back pain, had mindset shifts towards health via the lessons and come to understand the foundations of what our bodies need to feel safe and thrive. There is access to health testing and a growing supportive community :)
