Underwriting a deal
Good morning team, I believe I found 2 deals on the MLS I have tried running the numbers on them, but I am not confident in my abilities to underwrite a deal 🫣. @Kevin Jimeno I need your help if you have the time. For property 1 I belive the ARV could be in the region of 380K and for property 2 based on my numbers ARV could be between 350k-370k, both properties the real estate agent are not responding to my calls, text or emails.
