How Realistic is this 🤔

This growth ladder is surprisingly realistic —most agencies do get stuck at the "Struggling Freelancer" stage due to inconsistent outreach or no niche. Breaking through takes systems, sales skills, and serious delivery focus. I’ve seen those who productize + niche down hit the “Scaling Agency” level in under 18 months. It’s tough but very doable with the right strategy.

Best Web Buliders Out There?
How would you learn web design if you had to start all over? What do you recommend new designers to do?

I’d start by mastering HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then move into React. From there, build full-stack projects using the MERN stack. For new designers: build real things, learn from good UI, and keep improving your code and design eye.

If I had to start over, I’d focus on Shopify for ecom and Webflow for custom design. Both are powerful, beginner-friendly, and client-ready. For new designers: start small, build real projects, and learn by doing — that’s the fastest path.
Go high level or framer
Do people prefer to use GHL for website creation compared to framer? I feel like GHL also offers more features like automation for example compared to framer incase you want to add features for your clients. I was thinking about switching to framer but I’m not sure. Just want to see peoples opinions

I’ve been thinking about this too. Framer is super clean for design and fast builds, but Go High Level seems to offer way more in terms of features — especially if you're building for clients who need automation, CRM, or funnels alongside the site. I guess the reason I lean toward GHL is because it feels more business-focused, not just design-focused. Curious to hear how others are balancing this — is it worth sacrificing some design flexibility for all-in-one functionality?
