Action Item #2: Professional Profile Setup
To move up the ranks and maintain a professional standard within the group, your profile needs to be fully initialized. The Assignment: Take 60 seconds to complete these two steps: 1. Upload a Profile Photo: Use a clear photo of yourself so the team knows who they are working with. 2. Write Your Bio: Add a one-sentence bio to your profile (e.g., "Aspiring Systems Architect focusing on Excel and Automation"). How to earn your points: Once you’ve updated your profile, comment "Profile Updated" below.

System Check Complete🙌
Action Item #4: Team Expansion
High-level teams are built through quality referrals. To help grow the LearnFi ecosystem and increase the value of our network, your next task is to invite colleagues or peers to join the platform. The Assignment: Invite a minimum of 3 people to the community using your unique referral link. Leaderboard Bonus: While 3 referrals are required to complete this task, every additional referral beyond that acts as a Performance Multiplier. More active members in your network directly increases your visibility and engagement, which is the fastest way to climb the leaderboard for the Quarterly Awards. How to find your link: 1. Click your Profile Icon (top right). 2. Go to Settings. 3. Click the Referrals tab. 4. Copy your unique link and share it. How to earn your points: Once your first 3 people have joined, take a screenshot of your Referrals page and post it in the comments below.

The Culture Fit: Connect with your peers
Beyond the technical stuff, this is about finding the people who operate the same way you do. If you're looking for someone to collaborate with or bounce ideas off of, use this thread to see who aligns. 1. The Scene: What’s the dream environment? Whether it’s a specific industry (FinTech, AI, Sports, Music) or a specific company you’ve always had your eye on—where are you trying to land? 2. Hobbies: What are you doing when you’re not at the screen? (Hobbies, sports, interests, etc.) The Standard: Read through the posts. If someone is aiming for the same industry as you, or has a hobby you're into, give it a like. It’s the easiest way to connect

Shortcuts & "aha" moments
This category is for the insights that aren't in the formal curriculum. If you find a faster way to handle a task, a resource that makes things clearer, or finally have a moment where a complex concept clicks—post it here. The Standard: - The Shortcut: Anything that saves time or simplifies a process. - The "Aha" Moment: That specific realization that helped you move past a roadblock. The Goal: If your post helps someone else see things more clearly, they’ll give it a like. Those likes are the metric that proves you're providing value to the team and moves you toward the Level 2 unlock.
