We have an abundance of leads and all leads are prequalified by an appointment setter; however, we are only hiring reps who are willing to: Work full time with one of the following schedules: 1. Tuesday to Saturday 2. Sunday to Thursday 3. Saturday to Wednesday *** We know a lot of people get into remote sales for the flexibility; yet, we do not offer flexible schedules here and all of our reps are required to work 40 hours a week. Work from home Close on the first zoom at a high rate. Track all prospects We will only hire reps that meet the following requirements: Have 2 plus years of closing experience at the same company (we are looking for long-term closers and not reps with a history of moving from offer to offer). Must not have been coaching for at least a year. Must have experience with one-call -closing or closing upon first meeting someone (ie.
