Around here we don't only talk about the things that are going great. We share when it's difficult. Because being highly sensitive is tough. We don't get a break from it. We can go on vacation but we never get a vacation from everybody else's everything that we feel. For me it's not necessarily that it's been a bad week but it's just been challenging. The human residence is in the red zone this week which means a lot of people will be releasing old stuff, old patterns etc and feeling emotional.
