Hello all. I'm Nathan Moore 1. Where are you from? Born and raised in Ohio but live in South Dakota now. 2. One cool fact about your childhood? I was obssessed with trains as a kid. Still am. 3. How many kids you have? I have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl. I am currently fighting for my right to remain in their lives. I've committed no crime, but the courts I feel are biased against dads and it takes a lot of money and/or skill to fight for what should be a God-given inalienable right. 4. What you do for work? I currently work for USPS subbing for the regular carriers, but my background is in IT. I've worked as a sysadmin both in and out of the Navy. My current job gives me a break from the stress of that world while I slowly work toward my degree in Cyber Operations. 5. What is a dream you've always held onto? To finally be able to purchase a 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang. 6. What are the biggest 2 barriers holding you back? To be honest, I suffer from "Shiny Object Syndrome" I bite off more than I can handle and end up losing interest or having other priorities and life events strangle my progress. 7. Why you joined? I was linked here by a dads' advocacy group I follow. I am hoping to meet other people with like interests and challenges. Also, meet a few with different interests that can help me shore up some of my weak points. Example: I'll never be a chef or even remotely passionate about cooking, but I could learn a bit more about meal prepping to make what I view as a chore a little easier and more enjoyable. 8. One thing you want to accomplish in the next 4 months? I have two main objectives right now. A. Learn how to effectively represent myself in court because I can't afford to pay an attorney. B. Start my online retail business selling merch to the railroad enthusiast community. I want to achieve my first $100 in sales.
