Good morning ONEPCTers. Have you written out your weekly goals that you can attack 1% at a time? If not, take 10 minutes and jot down 3. Beside each goal write down a task that takes 15 minutes that moves you closer to that goal. And do it everyday until Friday. Hey ONEPCTers, I just posted my fight from NAGA in our ONEPCT BODY class. The journey from zero to NAGA was long but I took it 1% at a time. It was a natural step by step process so once I got to that mat taking the first on was easy. I felt ready physically and mentally. Let’s continue to chip away at our life goals in a way that is manageable, consistent and intentional. Proud of you guys! Let’s get it.
