I’m Nathan DeWindt based out of New Braunfels, TX currently. I’m likely moving to Wisconsin in the near future so hoping to meet and collaborate with anyone from Wisconsin to relearn curative work there, in a probate state. My three problems: 1. Being disciplined to cold call. Every day I have to start over and psych myself up. I’m fine after one or two calls, but would love for that uncomfortable feeling to go away 2. Getting faster at doing basic research, and knowing when enough has been done to make first contact. I waste a lot of time in the research stage. 3. Learning Wisconsin specific applications of curative work. I’ve been having trouble locating the actual movers and shakers in that state to get good advice on ways to circumvent probate, or make it simpler to navigate. I’m always happy to share my own experiences with other operators.
