When you talk about Voice AI, are you usually meaning an AI that actually answers the phone and handles calls, or do you lump in SMS/text conversations under that too? In real client setups, do you think of voice and text as separate things, or more like one communication system where you figure out how the business handles leads and then only use what they actually need? I’m getting my language dialed in before more sales calls and want to make sure I’m explaining the product in a way that matches how people are actually doing this in the real world.
