I finally got into the fundamentals class - and I'm loving it! I love the advice to breathe and relax during the shimmies, I can feel my belly relaxing and everything flowing so much better that way. Excited to keep going.

Hi dancers, just wanted to check in and see if anyone has started practicing with my Belly Dance Foundations yet? I would love your feedback! What types of videos would you like in the future? I put a lot of energy into creating this foundational course and think it has a lot of the slow technique break downs and explanations that beginning and returning dancers are seeking that they don’t necessarily get by taking in person classes. I slowed it way down thanks to my husbands suggestion! It was a learning process creating the first series. I learned a lot about the tech side of production which I will apply to the next course. Editing all my music in post and not touching my mic during filming were two things I learned through trial and error! :-) I also want to mention I am available for 1:1 coaching!!
