Here are a few videos of using electric compost as bedding! It can get very dense, so I like to mix it with fresh shredded cardboard. It’s very important to pay attention to your worm bedding conditions especially when you don’t have drainage holes. I like to go in and fluff it up about once a week. I add moisture if needed, or I’ll add more shredded cardboard if needed. I aim to keep it fluffy and like a wrung out sponge.

This is a question I get a lot! For red wigglers, they thrive in the 70’s (farenheit). Do not put them in the fridge unless you’re about to use them for fish bait!
