Shilo A.I. did a little study with 1,977,863 calls realtors made to leads. What they found was 86.76% failed to set clear next steps ( 1,731,098 ) 60.98% lacked sufficient value. Only 13% of calls advanced the sales process. This is mind blowing to me!!

Did you know that only 11% of agents ask for referrals? Just of of curiosity, what prevents you from talking to your friends and family about getting referrals? 🤷‍♀️

What should I say to the buyers agent (I have the listing) in which both the buyer and BA took Pepsi out of the fridge 🤯

I would have only taken the listing if there was Coke in the fridge. Pepsi is a deal killer for me.
