I'll bite. John Francis, Trauma/General Surgeon, Assoc Prof of Clinical Surgery IUSM, WeAlign and COSMOadvantage Coach. living in Lafayette Indiana. My greatest challenge currently is designing a comprehensive 3-yr program for training medical students in Mature Physician Leadership - to roll out this Fall. Pilot programs have gone well. Now it is time to take the plunge. Thankful for a cadre of colleagues running this race together!

I have a side project to develop a coaching business for the leadership in churches and men around the world. 📝 What is your 1 Big goal for leadership development for 2025? 🎯 Lead three churches in leadership development courses from Iron and Oak Coaching. 📝 What's your biggest challenge to reaching this goal? 🌋 I think believing in myself and knowing the road to get this done.
