@Sue Thomson Hey Sue 😊 thanks for looking into that, I appreciate it 🙏 That sounds like it could be a login or access recognition issue on Skool’s side, or maybe they’re accidentally opening it while logged into a different account. Hopefully Skool can clarify it for you when you raise it - because everything on your end seems set up correctly from what I can see 😊 Also just glad this account is showing normally now haha 😅
