But a few years ago the loss of my heart horse took me away from them, and I had to find my way back. Not just physically. But in my confidence, my identity, my sense of myself as a horsewoman. That journey changed everything. It’s why I became a certified hypnotherapist, an Ayurvedic health coach, and a 500-hour yoga teacher. It’s why I built Cowgirl Life Co.
