Hallow macarons
Ok so I lowered the oven temp to 280F and they didn’t crack but still the bottom was brown and they are hallow. Going to try to lower to 270F this time

@Valeriia Vernik Honestly try the gas, the small electric needs exact calibration because it runs hotter and can throw things off to easy. Get some confidence and come back and work it out. Like once you know your batter is 100%.

Filling
Hi !!! Im going to my friends 30th birthday party tomorrow and there will be around 50 people. As a gift im going to make macarons for her. I want to do raspberry and rafaello(coconut) ones. For the rafaello I kind of figured out the recipe but for the raspberry one no. I want to do like a white cream on outside and on the very inside raspberry puree or sauce not sure how to say it. Can anyone please help figure out a recipe in the comments ? Or give me a link to a YouTube video. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

You just want it to be nice and thick and it’s best to use a buttercream or ganache to make a dam ☺️

Hi all! I’m a stay at home mum of a two year old boy. I recently tested out the idea of doing a home macaron/ cookie sandwich business in New Zealand. It went really well and me and my son had so much fun baking and selling. So I’m just saving up for licensing to fully launch my little business. I’m excited to be apart of Thai community and perfect my skills and learn some tricks ❤️🍫

Hand painting fail- what’s everyone using to colour their shells?
I tried hand painting using vodka and food colour powder the fail here is that I’m an awful painter! 😅 what’s reborn using to colour their shells? Flavours: sour cola bottle, blueberry and Crème fraiche white chocolate ganache, maple caramelised banana and white chocolate bacon ganache, Starawberry gel and basil white chocolate ganache, marshmallow and rosemary and white chocolate ganache 🥰
