Why I built this community I've spent years working across UK rail operations and fleet management, the stuff you don't see from the platform, and definitely not the stuff careers pages tell you. I'm not here as some rail careers "expert." I'm just someone who's been in it long enough to know what actually helps and what's a waste of your time.
