Stop trying to give it all! 🤣
Big-hearted leaders always want to give everything when they speak… but that’s exactly what makes the message disappear. 💖 People don’t remember the whole download. They remember and some act on the one thing you AMPLIFY. 🔥 One message One main takeaway One moment that lands. 🤌 When you stop trying to say it all and start saying what matters, your impact multiplies. Clarity isn’t limiting, it’s powerful. It's memorable, it’s what makes people feel you. 😘 What do you want people to walk away knowing at your next talk?

I want people to walk away knowing that compliance is not about fear or perfection, but about building calm, consistent systems that make their organization defensible and sustainable.
Do you PAAAAUSE when you speak? 🔥
The most underrated power move in speaking? The pause. Not awkward silence - intentional space. It's where your message lands, hour questions are answered, your connection points, and where your audience actually feels what you just said and how it relates to them. Fast talkers impress. Pause-makers connect. Be honest…Do you use the pause, or do you sprint through your brilliance? 😏

I am a fast talker so I’m very intentional about pausing.
Are you speaking up this week?
I allllways say - If you want to be a speaker..... SPEAK 🤣 Where are you speaking up this week? Maybe it's a live, an uploaded video, podcast, networking, a summit, workshop - the list goes on, the more we use our voices, the more confident and where refined more effective we become. If your goal is to speak up more, connect more with your audiences, build more relationships and gain more conversions into your business - are you DOING IT? Hitting record, connecting with event hosts, setting up your own events? It will be different for everyone depending on what you want your speaker business to look like - but no matter what route - THE SPEAKING is key!!! Let us know and where possible tag us in your speaker moments so we can all support and RISE together! 🔥

WHY SPEAKING?
Okaaaaaay amazing Warriors - I am curious and this will support your growth! Why speaking? What is drawing you to speak up more and why is this important for you and potential clients? What do you visualise your speaker path as? (Do you want to run live events, only online, start a podcast, run an annual retreat, start a you tube channel, deliver online programmes - etc) Why would this be awesome (again for YOU and your clients)? LETS CONNECT IN! When we have emotional connection to what we are doing, we are much more likely to keep taking action, EVEN when its a bit scary 😜 PLUS - Again - If I know what you want to do - I can deliver even more relevant content! Look forward to hearing your thoughts, there is no right or wrong choices - just what is right for you and those you work with! Drop it below and lets continue rising together! 🌹
WHY SPEAKING?

1. Why speaking? Speaking allows me to reach healthcare leaders earlier, before compliance and operational challenges turn into disruption or fear-driven decisions. It creates space to translate complex expectations into clear, practical insight that helps teams understand risk, responsibility, and structure in a way that feels accessible and grounded. 2.What is drawing you to speak up more now? I see the same patterns repeating across small and midsize healthcare organizations: responsibility growing faster than systems and leaders quietly carrying too much. Speaking allows me to name these patterns, normalize them, and help leaders build clarity and support before issues escalate. 3.What do you visualize your speaker path as? I envision a mix of intentional live events and high-quality virtual workshops, complemented by podcast conversations that deepen these themes. My focus is on thoughtful, aligned spaces rather than high-volume visibility, with room to expand into small-group or retreat-style experiences over time. 4.Why would this be awesome for you and your clients? For me, speaking and podcasting create space to share the thinking behind the work, not just the rules. For clients, it offers clarity, language, and confidence, helping them see how structure and systems can support their work rather than restrict it.
