How do you keep up the momentum with the Expert Coach Program?
It's alway a challenge when embarking on something new, particularly when you are juggling a fulltime job, you have other commitments, health issues, etc I try to build a routine, to be consistent, allocating time during the day to work on classroom activities and engaging with the community, as well as reading. A couple days ago I felt so crazy tired that I went to bed early and so did no work on the Expert Coach Program. However the next day, I picked myself up and continued on my coaching journey because I don't want to let myself down!
