How do you keep up the momentum with the Expert Coach Program?
It's alway a challenge when embarking on something new, particularly when you are juggling a fulltime job, you have other commitments, health issues, etc I try to build a routine, to be consistent, allocating time during the day to work on classroom activities and engaging with the community, as well as reading. A couple days ago I felt so crazy tired that I went to bed early and so did no work on the Expert Coach Program. However the next day, I picked myself up and continued on my coaching journey because I don't want to let myself down!

@Ngozi Obanye I've written a blog on this; feel free to have a read. https://familywellness.org.uk/blog/time-boxing-strategies-for-couples-juggling-home-and-work The goal is to work intensively on one task for the entire timebox duration. Use a timer to keep track of time; when it goes off, stop working on the taskโ€”even if you're not finished. Then, move on to the next.

As a mum of five, I used to feel like this all the time when I spoke to other parents and individuals. I realised, I was not alone. Can anyone relate? I would love to hear how you get the most from your day.

As a parent, itโ€™s easy to prioritise everyone elseโ€™s needs before your own, but I've learnt that neglecting self-care will only leave you burnt out. A balanced life includes time for yourself.

@Neil S you said it, a great distraction helps. I use a range of techniques, tapping breathing with meditation and grounding techniques.
