We are all psychic but unfortunately we all don’t get to see our powers for what they are, this is due to the noise around us, the chaos that most of us live in within ourselves or our environment and surroundings. So take some time to yourself and really dig deep for that light that is ignited within you. A lot of love and self care, which can also be hard work when you have families to care for or full time jobs. A lot of people say there just isn’t enough time in the day which I get but just 15 to maybe 30 mins a day meditating or even doing some breath work will really help you find some calm in a crazy world. If you don’t know what breath work is I strongly suggest you give it a go as it’s so good for you. I will be talking a lot more about this and maybe down the line be teaching this myself as it’s something I’m very passionate about as it really opens your mind.
