I’m truly excited!
As I’m starting this new venture in SKOOL & uploading training videos I can feel and see the excitement. I’m most excited to serve and help those that are where I was at in 2001, new welder with no leads or field experience, asking myself if I made the right career choice. I can’t wait to see others succeed in this trade, master their career, support themselves & loved ones. Have life long trade that will never go away and good to know when it’s needed.

@Gregory Doorly , Very nice. Yes, I’ve been looking to get into something like this and when I seen SKOOL. It was a sign from above, so I’m locking in and going 100%.

@Sirpatrick Phillips And Amen. Happy new year brother.
How did you find your first welding job?
Right out of high school I had a dream and no experience. After getting denied my 100th time or so I gave in and went to the local hiring agency. I didn’t want to do that at first because I didnt want the hiring agency taking a percent of my pay. But that’s not what was important at the time, getting my foot in the door ment more. MIG welding wasn't/isn't my favorite process to weld but after a month and that job foreman see my work ethic along with other welders and I started networking and after three months I landed my first $25 an hour Welding job as a combination Welder. Besides the 12 honorable years I served in the Marines, this has been the best job I’ve ever had.

@Sirpatrick Phillips appreciate the comment brother, iron sharpening iron. Might want to take a glance at this platform. All welders should.
Do you need to go to welding school?
Welders from the 90's & some from the 2000's will say you can learn from your garage. To an extent it is true, but how hard you do want to make it on yourself? You can have the best welding machine in town but if you don't know how to properly use it, it's worthless and same as yourself taught welds. You don't need a school, what's needed is a coachable mindset and someone guiding you as you learn. Which can be someone at a school, neighbor welder and someone online who can coach you through skool, like myself. https://youtu.be/T-B6FJ15vfM?si=maUOTEuAe2TPQRCU
