Clearing Spiritual Clutter for New Growth
Growth requires space. And sometimes, before God adds something new, He asks us to clear what no longer belongs. Spiritual clutter can look like distractions, old habits, unforgiveness, fear, or even busyness that pulls us away from what truly matters. New growth begins when we: ✨ Release what weighs us down ✨ Refocus on what aligns with our faith ✨ Create quiet space for God to move Just as a garden must be cleared before planting, our hearts must be cleared before renewal. Make room. Growth is coming. 🌱

My ex-boyfriend used to tell me I was an excellent pilot. I piled it here, I piled it there. This is a great reminder of not only spiritual cleansing but physical cleansing. Too many piles mentally or physically can make it hard for God to work and for us to recognize that work.
🌿 Finishing the Month Rooted, Not Rushed
As the month comes to an end, it’s easy to feel pressure — unfinished goals, unmet expectations, and the rush to “catch up.” But growth isn’t measured by speed. It’s measured by depth. You don’t have to sprint to the finish line. You can end the month rooted. Rooted in gratitude for what you’ve learned. Rooted in peace instead of pressure. Rooted in purpose instead of performance. Rushing creates anxiety. Rooted living creates stability. Even if everything on your list isn’t complete, ask yourself: Did I grow? Did I stay faithful? Did I remain grounded? Progress doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like quiet consistency. Finish steady. Finish grounded. Finish trusting that slow growth is still growth. End the month rooted — not rushed. 🌱✨

How God Uses Pruning Seasons for Growth
Pruning seasons are rarely comfortable. They feel like loss, stretching, and letting go of things we once held tightly — habits, relationships, plans, or even parts of ourselves. But pruning is never punishment. It’s preparation. Just as a gardener trims branches so a plant can grow stronger and bear more fruit, God removes what hinders our spiritual health. What feels like reduction is often divine refinement. In these seasons, distractions are cut away. Priorities are realigned. Faith is deepened. Growth may look slower on the outside, but internally, roots are strengthening. So if you’re in a pruning season, don’t lose heart. God isn’t taking from you without purpose — He’s shaping you for greater fruitfulness ahead. Trust the process. Healthy growth always follows faithful pruning

Hard but the truth
Prayer Routine Reset 🙏
Sometimes our prayer life doesn’t disappear—it just becomes quiet, rushed, or routine. A prayer routine reset isn’t about perfection; it’s about reconnecting our hearts with God in a fresh and intentional way. A reset can be simple. It might mean setting aside a few quiet minutes each day, praying honestly instead of formally, or returning to scripture as a guide when words are hard to find. Prayer isn’t meant to feel forced—it’s meant to be a conversation, a place of rest, and a source of strength. If you’ve felt distant, distracted, or overwhelmed lately, consider this your invitation to begin again. God meets us where we are, not where we think we should be. Each prayer—spoken or silent—is heard. Today, take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset. Not to do more, but to draw closer. 💛

I recently got something called a Yappy bracelet. You put your phone to it and it gives you a bible verse. I have found the verse chosen for me is a great start to prayer. This morning my verse was: Psalm 57:3 "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you."
Trusting God With Delayed Answers
Sometimes we pray, wait, and wonder why the answer hasn’t come yet. Delays can feel discouraging, but they don’t mean denial. God’s timing is always purposeful—even when it’s hard to understand. In the waiting, He’s often doing deeper work: shaping our character, strengthening our faith, and aligning things we cannot yet see. What feels like a pause may actually be preparation. If you’re in a season of waiting right now, take heart. Keep trusting. Keep praying. God is faithful, and His answers—though delayed—are always right on time. 🙏✨ “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” — Psalm 27:14

God's answer isn't always yes or no. Sometimes it is not right now. Finding peace, patience and trust isn't easy, but always worth it.
