One of our lovely members, @Lizzie Cooke, has kindly given me permission to sharethe situation she currently finds herself in. The big raging fires in Almería, Spain, are not far from where her community and friends live. The latest news from her is encouraging. She and her friends are safe, the fire is moving north, and the wind is expected to calm overnight. We're all hoping that continues. If it feels right to you, perhaps you could hold Lizzie, everyone affected, the emergency services, the families who have lost loved ones, the animals and wildlife, and Gaia herself in your thoughts or prayers today. As Lizzie so beautifully said: "It would be great if people can send love to those who lost loved ones and all the animals and wildlife and Gaia. 💗" Whatever your beliefs, may we take a quiet moment to send love, courage, protection and healing to everyone in the fire's path. ❤️ Much love to you all and thanks in advance! xx

We had some fun tonight exploring asteroids as they came up for understanding. We looked at Achilles, Sisyphus, Sphinx, Talent, Tesla, Bless, House, Africa, amongst other ones....It's now posted in the Premium 'Live Webinars' section of the classroom. Enjoy! After my camping trip, I've managed to give myself the most spectacular case of sunburn I've had in years! I sat in nature all afternoon on a warm, but breezy and really overdcast day. I won't do that again! I've ended up with a swollen eye, a very red and blistered face, blisters all over my back and I'm feeling pretty wiped out from the heat. So I've decided to give my body a couple of days to recover and won't be delivering our live classes tomorrow. I will still be posting the material for you, so you'll be able to listen and continue with the material as planned. It will be posted later on in the day. Hi, lovely Freemium and Premium Members, Following on from our recent conversations, I’m now taking a short pause next week to rest and reset. There won't be any classes or hangouts running between 1st June and 6th June. We'll return to our usual rhythm from 8th June onwards. My daughter popped into my studio today and came to pose for a photo! She's 10 going on 20! She helped Carl go and collect some new studio bits from Ikea for me. And I gave my studio another coat of black. That colour is staying. It feels so calming for me. But isn't she lovely? x And Canva has just created new templates, so I made a couple of fun templates with my two youngest, Minnie (10) and Solomon (7) x
