Welcome Wild Mama! Start Here!
Hey, I’m so glad you found your way here! This is a safe space to shed what was never ours—and heal together. In body, mind, and soul. Because healing isn’t a solo sport. And it’s not about perfection—it’s about permission. 👉Before anything else: Read the Rewilding Lore — a poetic walkthrough of the process that brought this space to life and what it means to rewild. Comment below to introduce yourself and share: 1. Who you are? 2. What brought you here? 3. One thing you're working on. 4. A weird habit, guilty pleasure, or fun fact (we don’t judge) I'll go first: 🌱 One thing I’m working on right now: A consistent morning ritual that sets the tone for my day—nourishing me first, so I can help others without self-abandoning or losing my mind🤯. 🌀 Weird habit alert: I pour my milk before cereal. I promise I'm not a serial killer (pun intended), I just find it keeps my cereal from getting soggy as fast. TAG you're it!

@Frances Garza I just celebrated my 40th on May 1st and I have been feeling the same! After fainting at work I went to see my PCP and found out I am pre-diabetic. I started working with a program to help me with my diet because I have so many food aversions. All of this while we were trying to close up the end of the school year! 😳 🌱What are some of the plants that you have had the most success with propagating? I have an ivy that was given to me by my partner’s mom 3 years ago and that seems to be the only thing I can keep alive!

✨ The Rewilding Lore
We are the daughters of trees we didn’t choose. Raised in branches shaped by survival, perfectionism, silence, and self-sacrifice. We grew high—but not whole. Disconnected from our roots. From the earth. From our bodies. And still—we questioned. We shook. We cracked. Until one day, we dared to cut ourselves free. Not to fall, but to plant. We buried our branch—our story—with sacred intention. Not to forget where we came from, but to grow something entirely new. A tree rooted in regulation, in nourishment, in rest. A tree that our children can climb without fear. A tree that bears fruit no one in our family has ever tasted. This is what it means to be Moms Rewilding. We don’t just heal for ourselves. We heal for the ones who came before—and the ones who will never have to.
