CRM is working veary slow, it take mutch time to open one page to other, i dont know how it will fix.

Some of Customer name not taken proper when leads added by whatsapp chatbot, its take name in whatsapp campain as "WhatsAppChatbot_9417703001" but we update name in Waryam Singh in crm, attached screnshot from whatsapp and crm for cross check. please let me know how can w asured take proper name as updated. and its happen in many leads. also one more issue as we setup campain as taken user name or sender name in but some times its taken only admin name.
