Good day! Could anyone please let me know where to search or how to find what counties/areas allow cob building in GA or who to contact? My husband and I are actively looking for a piece of land in north GA hills to build our cob home and after reading online so much about how difficult it is to obtain permits for building healthy homes in many places we may be wasting our time looking in the wrong areas! 🧐
