I saw something that reminded me. 👇
From the moment they were born our whole world shifted. Everything became about them. The schedules. The meals. The worrying. The cheering. The showing up. But it was more than that. So much more. It was seeing the world through their eyes again. The beach for the first time. Their little feet hitting the sand. Eyes wide. Mouth open. The mountains. The fireworks lighting up their faces. That moment they finally rode their bike and looked back at you, Did you see that? I saw it. I saw all of it. And I would not trade a single moment. But they grew. One by one they left. They started their own lives. And they should. That is exactly what we raised them to do. But nobody really prepares you for the moment you close the door behind them and turn around and face the quiet. And in that quiet a question surfaces. One you haven't had time to ask in years. Who am I now? Not the mom on call. Not the one holding everything together. Not the one watching their face light up at the fireworks. Just... Me. And honestly? That question can feel terrifying. Or it can feel like the beginning of something. I'm choosing the beginning. 🌿 If you're sitting in that quiet right now You are not alone. You are not lost. You are not done. You are just at the start of something that finally belongs to you. Drop a 🌿 below if this is where you are. I want to know I'm not the only one. 🌺 This is where the Me~ERA Quiz is your guide. Start in the classroom in Module 2. Find your answer and come back here 👇 Let us know what you found. ✨️

@Debby Doig Thank you 😊 I knew it might resonate with some. I'm deep in it kids range from 35 to 17. The last one graduated this year. 😔 In no hurry for him to leave but life is different any way.

@Nancy Smith Thank you, my friend. On that path.
Let's be honest for a second.
This isn't a magic button. There is no magic button. What this is, is a path. A real one. With real work attached to it. But here's what I want you to hear The work isn't hard. It's just consistent. And you? You have already proven you can be consistent. You raised a family. You kept everything running. You showed up when no one was watching. That is exactly what is required here. This is also a commitment to yourself. Not just to a program. Not just to a business. To your legacy. ✨️ To the woman your kids and grandkids will one day point to and say She didn't stop. She built something. She chose herself. Your biggest asset is YOU. 🌿 When did you last choose yourself and what did that feel like?
Let's be honest for a second.

@Debby Doig That's right! Making time for you is so important. That person got squelch for so many years deserves your full attention 🥰
Survival Mode: It’s what we do 💪🌿
Three days without power. No lights. No A/C. No automatic anything. And you know what happened? We figured it out. Coffee got made, manually, with an unplugged pot and a measuring cup of water. ☕ Dinner got cooked on a gas stove, lit by hand, full meal on the table. The heat hit 90 degrees outside opened every window, drank (whatever temperature that was) bottled water. And the sponge bath with bottled water? Done. With dignity. 😄 This is survival mode. And you know what survival mode reveals? Who you actually are. Not the version of you that needs everything perfect before she starts. Not the version that waits for the right conditions. The real one. The one who lights the stove by hand. Who figures out the coffee. Who keeps everyone fed and calm and moving forward even when the power is out and the sweat is real and nobody is coming to fix it fast enough. That woman? She is the asset. ✨️ Not despite the hard moments. Because of them. Every time you've made it work the sleepless nights, the tight budgets, the seasons that didn't go as planned You were building something. Resilience. Resourcefulness. Proof. Proof that you can handle more than the world gives you credit for. Proof that this next chapter, the one where you finally build something for you, is in very capable hands. Your hands. So tell me, what's your best "I made it work" moment? Drop it below. I want to hear it. 👇

@Miriam Wambui so nice to have you here!
You noticed the quiet.
Maybe it crept in slowly. Maybe it hit you all at once. The house that used to hum with noise, schedules, needs, someone always calling your name, got still. And for the first time in a long time... nobody needed you the way they used to. That moment feels like a lot of things. ✔️ Relief. ✔️ Grief. ✔️ Confusion. ✔️ Freedom. Sometimes all four before lunch. But here's what I want you to know This chapter. This season. This is how The MeEra began. The era that finally, unapologetically belongs to you. You earned it. Every school run. Every late night. Every time you put yourself last. It brought you here. And here is exactly where you belong. What was your moment when you decided the quiet wasn't working for you?
You noticed the quiet.
