🌕BLUE MOON IN SAGITTARIUS — MAY 31, 2026 🌕
Tonight we are bathed in the light of a Blue Moon — the second full moon of May, and a rare one at that. The last Blue Moon in Sagittarius was back in 2016. This isn't just a calendar quirk. Blue Moons amplify. They turn up the volume on whatever sign they land in, and tonight that sign is Sagittarius — the truth-seeker, the wanderer, the eternal student of life. 🏹 What does a Sagittarius Moon embody? Sagittarius moon energy is expansive, fire-lit, and freedom-seeking. It carries a deep need for meaning — not just answers, but the kind of understanding that reshapes how you see the world. It's optimistic even when it's hard. It believes in the journey. It pushes us toward higher truth, broader vision, and the courage to be honest — with ourselves first. This is not a moon that lets you stay comfortable in half-truths. 🐍 The deeper layer: Focus conjunct Black Moon Lilith This full moon carries a particularly potent undertone from observational astrology (True Sky Sidereal) — the energy of Ophiuchus (the Serpent Bearer), the bridge between instinct and wisdom, sitting alongside Black Moon Lilith, the untamed feminine, the part of us that was exiled, dismissed, or silenced. Together, they are asking something of you tonight. Perhaps you knew something was wrong, but you pushed it down. Perhaps there's a memory your body has been holding that your mind hasn't been ready to face. This moon is illuminating it — not to break you, but to free you. The hidden wound must be acknowledged. The exiled memory must be invited back to the table. This is where deeper healing begins. 🌕 What is this moon asking of you? This Blue Moon is a culmination — the close of a six-month cycle around faith, growth, and what you truly believe about yourself and your life. It's asking you to look back before you leap forward. To face what you've been avoiding. To trust the part of you that always knew. This is an invitation to emerge with a stronger sense of your own sovereignty, a deeper trust in yourself, and a clearer understanding of your purpose.

It was cloudy here, so I didn’t get to see it, but I felt it
Finding Radical Wholeness
Hey everyone, I wanted to share something that feels strangely well-timed. Over the last week, I’ve had a few subtle prompts — synchronicities, conversations, references — all pointing me toward the work of Ken Wilber. I finally followed the thread. I just started listening to Finding Radical Wholeness, and I have to say — it feels like it landed in my life at exactly the right moment. Many of you know I’ve been deep in: - Organizing spirituality - Understanding intelligence as layered and structural - Deconstructing old identity frameworks - Integrating emotion, nervous system, and awareness - Moving from fragmentation into coherence And go figure — this book is addressing all of that. But in an organized framework. Wilber lays out what he calls five dimensions of development: - Waking Up — spiritual realization - Growing Up — psychological maturity - Opening Up — expanding multiple intelligences - Cleaning Up — shadow integration - Showing Up — embodied participation in life What strikes me is not just the concepts — it’s the structure. He provides a map. A pathway. A way to organize inner work without collapsing it into one dimension. It feels aligned with the direction I’ve personally been moving:Not just awakening…Not just nervous system work…Not just emotional processing… But integration. I haven’t finished the book — I’ve only just begun — but it already has me genuinely excited about where this could lead internally. Because when something helps you organize what you’re already living, it changes the way you move forward. So I want to share it with you. Not as a recommendation you must follow — but as an invitation. See if it resonates. See if it meets you where you are. See if it feels timely. I made a post inside Seeking the Spiritual → Recommended Reading, where I go deeper into: - Who Ken Wilber is - What Integral Theory means - Why this book may matter right now - And how it connects to the themes we’ve been exploring here

I was listening to the lessons and my phone rang, now I can’t find what I was listening to.
Prayer Is Quantum Technology
Most of us were taught to pray from lack. To ask. To Plead. To wait for something outside of ourselves to intervene. But prayer doesn’t work because of the words we say. It works because of the state we’re in when we say them. Prayer is not performance. It's not begging. It’s coherence. When the body feels safe, the nervous system settles, and the heart and mind agree—prayer becomes a clear signal. Not asking up, but aligning in. Your body is not broken.Your life is not waiting to be fixed. The intelligence you’re praying to already lives within you. Quantum prayer works when: - the body is regulated - the heart is open - the intention is clear From that state, prayer becomes cooperation rather than control. We don’t pray for something. We pray from the state where it already exists. This is why gratitude comes first. Why calm comes before words. Why presence alone is sometimes the most powerful prayer there is. If you want to go deeper, the full teaching: Prayer as Quantum Technology is available in the Seeking the Spiritual classroom under Sacred Practices. There is also a PDF attached there with simple yet profound Quantum Prayers—for yourself, for others, for health, abundance, direction, and those moments when you don’t even know what to say. Download it, use it, and let prayer become something embodied again—not something you perform, but something you live.

Since I’m learning how to pray, this will really help me. Thank you!
✨ New Post: Sacred Dreaming ✨
Since I’ve been active creating new materials lately, the topic of dreaming and having a sacred space naturally came up — which is why the Prayer post was generated earlier. I’ve been tuning in to find the right intent for the right reasons when it comes to our dream world. We now have a new document under Seeking the Spiritual → Awareness Tools titled Sacred Dreaming. If you’re big into dream work, I’d love your feedback — what stands out to you, what could be added, or what new insights have expanded your perception? Briefly I want to share what Joe said this morning — “People violate the dream space, and it must be protected.” That really landed for me. It reminded me of something years ago when I was married: I woke up one morning tasting cigarettes, even though I didn’t smoke. My husband looked stunned and said, “I dreamed you were smoking and I didn’t want to be with you anymore.” I brushed it off then, but now I wonder — had we crossed into each other’s dream space? Were energies or even impressions exchanged? The more conscious we become of this sacred landscape, the better we can honour and protect it — both for ourselves and others. 🌙 Let me know your thoughts and experiences with Sacred Dreaming below.

I don’t usually remember my dreams, but I will try this and see what happens.
