"I don't know if I can do this." ...then you're exactly where you belong. Hi, I'm Stacy, and I'm the Head Teacher of a tiny K–6 rural school in Eastern Oregon. When I stepped into this role, I quickly realized there wasn't one place where practical tools, real-world systems, and encouragement for small rural schools all came together. Every day I found myself solving problems, creating templates, organizing systems, and thinking, "I wish someone had handed me this on Day One." That's why I'm building Small School Possibilities. My mission is simple: 🌲 Help small rural schools become more organized, intentional, and joyful. Every time I solve a problem in my own school, I'll turn it into a practical toolkit, template, AI resource, or idea that can help another educator.
