Hi Edgar. Yes I’ve been making calls but so far I am doing my own skiptracing through fastpeoplesearch and driving for $. I have lists that I am working on as well. I’m feeling a bit stuck with the costs of everything and wanting to make the right choice on which dialer/skiptracing system to use. I have a very small budget right now.

I renewed my RE license in 2022 after being out of the business since 2008 and am now focusing on both the traditional and investing side of RE. I was raised in Huntington Beach and now live in Corona, CA with my husband of 28 years. I have door knocked distressed props in the Riverside and SB Counties. 👉 Is there anything holding you back that we can assist with? The only thing holding me back is me. I tend to over-analyze which stops me from taking massive action.
