It's come up in several client meetings and calls: "Can you edit video with Claude?" The answer is yes! There are a few options. If you want to create new sexy videos (although not necessarily a talking head of YOU) then you will want to purchase Higgsfield and use the connector in Claude - and then use Claude (Chat, Cowork or Code depending on the sophisitcation you need) to create some really outrageous and kick ass images and videos. As far as editing regular video (talking head, leading a class, etc), then Descript (and the Descript connector) is the solution. It's not super awesome - but it will save you time and for me, falls into the "good enough" category. I've attached one video snippet it recently made for me.
