Yes, once I am locked in to a regiment I usually stick with it as consistency is the only way to accomplish your goals.
NAD Supplements
Anyone have experience with NAD supplements? Curious to hear feedback and research. πŸ‘

I take Qualia NAD + and feel it helps somewhat. However, I recently found out I have a low supply of dopamine so I just ordered Dopaboost, Curcumin and Probiotics to see if that helps me sleep better and not wake up tired and have a crash in afternoon
