Why do beings tell tales about how much money they are making online? Is is to attract more attention? Is it to scam others? Is it to show off?

I have recently become an Afrikan Digi-Preneur and didn't want to do what everyone else is doing on Etsy, which is reselling MRRs and PLRs. Don't get me wrong, doing that can generate a substantial amount of income, but I wanted to blaze a different trail. I have been working on creating digital ebooks, which contain content about the deeper and darker side of life. The side that the powers that be is trying to hide from the masses.
