Introduction to Me.
Hello Water tribe community. My name is Nakia. I am not a water sign but I have many water placements and I am very connected to water. The peace water brings me is unmatched. I try to go to the water every weekend. Ever since I was a child whenever I sat by water I instantly felt better. Nature teaches us so much in general. Water in particular has taught me to release and go with the flow. Waters can be turbulent just as life is at times but just stay afloat, it will always be okay. Water is healing, cleansing, refreshing and a necessity. I am a women of the water and I have known for a while. This was confirmed to me when I kept getting lemurian cards during my spiritual readings from my spiritual life coach. I am learning who I am and where I come from but I know water is apart of my journey. As I learn more I will be sure to share. Thank you for taking the time to read this. -A women of the water Nakia.

To Integrate Mindfulness Into Real-World Aquatic Settings We practice presence not as escape, but as skill: •breathing with water •attention while swimming, paddling, or teaching •calm decision-making under changing conditions 💧 6.
