How Do You Handle Payments? 💼
Hey everyone! I’m just starting out in AI and automation and wanted to ask for your advice. How do you usually handle payments with your clients? Do you use contracts or keep things more informal? What payment terms work best for you? Do you request a percentage upfront, and if so, how much? Also, which platforms or tools do you use to get paid? Would love to hear how you manage this part of the business! Thanks!

I have a website and I use square payment links to collect payments. Check out my website www.nc-webdesign-consultants.services and you'll see that square handles all of the heavy lifting in terms of the payment collection/tracking/invoicing, you'll just have to embed their payment links/buttons on your site. *they charge a 2.5% fee I believe

Unsure why, the images aren't stored via the hosting site (lazy on my part), they are just linked using the images url link, which are all free images from unsplash.com (maybe where your from blocks content from that site). Either way, in terms of the embedded square.com payment buttons, they work great for me and I am able to have monthly payments collected from customers with no effort on my end.
