Honestly, I want to be efficient and proficient at using tools to maximize my input/output. I have been a bit complacent having worked at same place for over 2 decades. I also want to feel more valuable, to have the ability to earn outside of one without having to work so hard. I'm open to learning and growing. I hope that expresses what I haven't able to articulate before.
