There are no prompts and no rules. Just plenty of space to write freely, follow your own thoughts and make the page completely yours. LEVEL 3 - WRITING RITUALS Writing Rituals is a printable collection of nine simple practices to bring into your journaling life. It includes a ritual for arriving at the page, one for each of the Seven Ways of LOVEcORE, a closing ritual and space to create your own. Choose one whenever you want a new way to begin, explore your writing or complete your time with the page. It could be: - A cup of tea someone made - Dinner waiting - Your favourite snack saved for you - A fresh towel - A thoughtful note - Something fixed - A pet keeping you company - Something you did to look after yourself Take a quick photo and pop it in the comments. No setting up the shot or searching for the perfect picture - just point, click and share! Maybe someone did it for you. Maybe you did it for someone else. What is one thing you are giving yourself permission to leave unfinished? This is a tricky one for me, as I usually like everything tied up in a bow! but if I'm honest I am going to say its a relationship. I feel like it is unfinished, as in I dont enjoy the way things are just now, but I cant really do anything about it so for that I give myself permission to let go and leave it - unfinished. I'd love to know if your giving yourself permission to leave one thing unfinished in your life?

What is the kindest thing someone has done for you recently? Last night I joined a call in a new skool group I joined last week, I almost didnt make the call as it was quite late for me but honestly I am so glad I did, we had a lovely chat, I got to know more about the group and at the end I was given the opportunity to learn some Reiki, this was such a beautiful moment and so kind of my Reiki master to offer up this free energy for me. 🫶🥰🙏

One of the lovely things about journaling is that there isn't just one way to do it. Some days you might fill three pages. Other days you might write a single sentence. Sometimes you'll begin with a prompt. Sometimes with a memory, a poem, a question or simply the words, I don't know where to start. Over the coming weeks, I'd love to share different journaling practices with you. Not because there's a right way to journal, but because each practice opens a different doorway into your thoughts.
