💖 Good morning, beautiful souls. 💖 Over the past couple of weeks, I've been physically unwell, and it's reminded me of something we often forget on our spiritual journey. When our body is asking us to slow down, our soul is usually asking for the same. As much as I wanted to be present here in the Circle, I realised that healing sometimes means stepping back, resting deeply, and allowing both our body and spirit the time they need to recover. We can't pour from an empty cup, and our intuition often becomes quieter when we're running on empty. Today, I invite you to pause with me and gently ask yourself: ✨ What does my mind, body, and soul need today? Perhaps it's an afternoon nap without guilt. Perhaps it's a quiet meditation. A walk in nature. A nourishing meal. Time away from screens. Or simply permission to do a little less and just be. Rest isn't giving up. It's an act of self-love. It's creating space for healing, renewal, and allowing your inner light to shine brightly again when you're ready. One thing I've learned these past few weeks is that caring for our physical health is also caring for our spiritual wellbeing. They are deeply connected, and when we honour one, we nurture the other. 💜 I'd love to hear from you. What is one gentle act of self-care you'll gift yourself today? Your answer might be exactly the reminder someone else needs. 🌸 Today's Affirmation "I honour the wisdom of my body and the needs of my soul. I give myself permission to rest, heal, and receive care. With each moment of kindness toward myself, I restore my mind, body, and spirit." Leave a 💖 in the comments if you're choosing rest, healing, recently. 💖 Blessings 💖Susan 💖
