Name the assumptions
In response to one of the prompts, here's a screen I just encountered while trying to register for a Document360 event. Some assumptions this error message is making: - That the user preemptively knows they should enter a business email - The criteria for a "business email" - That a freelancer who uses a personal email will still be able to register (edge case)

Also, it’s just about the longest error message I’ve ever seen, I can’t imagine they think that anyone is going to take action after reading a whole long message like that
hey Writers!
I haven't forgotten you :) It's been a busy few weeks for me, but I'll be circling back soon with more helpful content for you. Tell me, what's kept you busy these last few weeks?

LinkedIn post templates - done for you!
One of the comments I've received most is "I want to sound better on LinkedIn" Got it! Here's your quick win for today - 3 LinkedIn post templates you can use as-is to show up, engage, and not overthink it. Pick one. Post it. Publish and drop a 🔗 in the comments so we can cheer you on! --------------------------------------------------------------------- ----> Template 1: The “I learned this the hard way” post: I used to think that [thing you believed early on] was the most important part of [your role / type of work]. Turns out, it’s actually [thing you know now]. The shift happened when [specific moment, mistake, or realization]. If you’re in [field / role] and this still feels confusing, all good, you’re just learning the job. Curious: what’s one thing you had to unlearn? --------------------------------------------------------------------- ---> Template 2: The “nobody tells people like me this” post Nobody tells [writers / marketers / content people] this, so I will: [Short, calm truth about the job] You're not doing it wrong! It just [real reason it’s hard / messy / unclear]. Once I understood this, [what changed in how you worked or felt]. If you’re early in this field and this resonates, you’re not alone. --------------------------------------------------------------------- ----> Template 3: The “here’s what I do instead” post When [common frustrating situation], I don’t [thing people usually do] anymore. Instead, I do this:[simple action you take] It doesn’t make the work perfect. But it does make it calmer and more manageable. If you’re dealing with this too, feel free to steal it.

Happy almost new year!
Hey writers, I’m curious: what are your professional goals for 2026?

@Sarah Bard that’s a really good one, I definitely feel a webinar coming up to help people learn how to write for themselves on LinkedIn – and you’re the inspiration smile 🙂

@Yael Gargir yes to every one of these! Since a few people have commented that they want to be posting more on LinkedIn, I’m going to create a framework for you all to do that. Watch the space it’s coming soon.
The Stack is now subscription only...
