This morning, I presented to international MBA students. The topic? Agentic AI — and how to harness cultural differences to capture and win the future of work. What struck me? The majority of the students were Indian. And they absolutely roasted me 🔥 Sharp, technical, challenging questions — because several of them were developers. Honestly? I loved every second of it. Because that’s exactly what drives me: those moments where the room won’t let you get away with surface-level answers. Where you have to go deep. Where cultures collide around the same burning question: how is AI going to transform the way we work? We really are living through the most fascinating time. Next stop? Maybe Morocco 😉🇲🇦 Ce matin, j’ai présenté devant des étudiants MBA internationaux. Le sujet ? L’IA agentique — et comment exploiter les différences culturelles pour conquérir le futur du travail. Ce qui m’a frappée ? La majorité des étudiants étaient Indiens. Et ils m’ont rôtie 🔥 Des questions pointues, techniques, challengeantes — parce que plusieurs étaient développeurs. Honnêtement ? J’ai adoré chaque seconde. Parce que c’est exactement ça qui me passionne : ces moments où la salle ne te laisse pas t’en tirer avec des généralités. Où tu dois aller au fond des choses. Où les cultures se croisent autour d’une même question : comment l’IA va-t-elle transformer notre façon de travailler ? On vit vraiment une époque fascinante. La prochaine étape ? Peut-être bien le Maroc 😉🇲🇦

I completed the landing page exercise, but I decided to approach it slightly differently from the prompt that many in the community used. Instead of the Paris offer promoted on Facebook, I designed a landing page around a Marrakech getaway targeted at young UK professionals. The concept is based on a contrast between everyday routine and travel escape. My goal was to explore: • A stronger emotional contrast between routine and travel• A more immersive storytelling approach• A mobile-first design considering traffic coming from short-form social media• Interactive elements that reinforce the idea of “switching modes” So while the structure still communicates a clear travel offer (2-night stay, riad accommodation, pricing, etc.), the landing page focuses more on experience rather than just information presentation.

Hey everyone Over the past few weeks/ months quite a few people have messaged me asking the same thing: “Can you run a proper training where we actually learn in a structured way how to build and sell production ready agentic workflows ?” So… I’ve decided to open a small paid cohort. This is for people who want to take the AI agents opportunity seriously — not just watch tutorials, but actually understand how things work and build solutions you can use in your own business or sell to clients. The program will run for 8 weeks, and we’ll start from the foundations so everything makes sense and you build things the right way. But I want to keep this very hands-on and high quality, so it won’t be open to everyone. There will be: • Maximum 20 people per cohort• Small working groups (depending on levels/ area of expertise etc ) (5–10 people)• Direct support from me to troubleshoot, review builds, and help you move forward This isn’t going to be a huge course with hundreds of people — the whole point is that I can actually work with everyone and help you build real systems. Training: Ces dernières semaines / ces derniers mois, plusieurs personnes m’ont écrit pour me poser la même question : « Est-ce que tu pourrais lancer une vraie formation, structurée, pour apprendre à construire et vendre des workflows agentiques prêts pour la production ? » Du coup… j’ai décidé d’ouvrir une petite cohorte. Cette formation s’adresse aux personnes qui veulent prendre l’opportunité des AI agents au sérieux — pas seulement regarder des tutoriels, mais vraiment comprendre comment ça fonctionne et construire des solutions que vous pourrez utiliser dans votre propre business ou vendre à des clients. Le programme durera 8 semaines, et nous commencerons par les bases afin que tout soit clair et que vous puissiez construire les choses correctement dès le départ.
