I miss the community! I have been sidelined with other items and look forward to getting back into the swing of things.

A realtor and I were speaking today about a small Manitoba town that has four rental properties with long-term tenants who have not yet been offered a rent to own option. I thought of today’s class. The whole package is for sale at an attractive price, and I feel that Cam would be bouncing up and down right now. I will certainly be looking more into it and welcome any thoughts, questions, suggestions.

Good afternoon, I have just signed up for Cam's 6-week program. I am looking forward to learning from Cam and this community. I reside in Cambridge, ON, and have been a real estate investor for just over 3.5 years now. I haven't done a RTO or Lease Option yet, but I find this strategy very appealing.
