Let's create a thread of ritual ideas for the community. I will go first. Every. Single. Full. Moon. I write out what I am grateful for and then... everything I have been bothered by, everything I've been holding onto, cried about, anything I want to clear from my field, my head and clear from my heart. I write down people and things I want to forgive and old beliefs that have finally expired. I write it ALL down, I pour my heart onto the page...and then...I burn it. I watch it burn, alchemize, and clear, and I watch the smoke rise up to the sky to be recycled into new energy. It is cathartic, powerful, and always leaves me feeling lighter. This is especially potent during a fire sign moon (like we have tomorrow)...but tonight is a secretly powerful portal that brings us to the pinnacle of the exact fullness (tomorrow morning 8:53am EST!). Has anyone else had some strange changes with their menstrual cycles? Mine seem to be cting backwards. I feel like I have mood changes after , Post MS vs Pre MS. I am currently linked up with the full moon. The past few months ive had cramping and pms symptoms near the end of my period rather than before. Just curious if anyone else has noticed any changes?
